Know Before You Go
Dress for the weather: The rink is outdoors and made of real ice, so bundle up and wear cozy socks and gloves.
Arrive early: Skating sessions are first-come, first-served and may fill up during peak times.
Parking: Free parking is available nearby.
Spectators welcome: Not skating? Enjoy the festive lights, music, and cheerful atmosphere from the sidelines.
Must be 4+ to skate: Whether it’s your first time on skates or your yearly tradition, everyone’s invited to join the fun!
Rink on the Rails' operating hours follow the Temple Independent School District (TISD) calendar, with adjusted schedules for school days and holiday breaks.
Note: Skates are available up to size 15 for Mens sizing.
For safety, all skaters must complete and sign a waiver before entering the rink. Each participant is required to have their own waiver on file, including children and anyone assisting a skater on the ice. Waivers can be completed online in advance of your session. Please ensure your waiver is submitted to avoid delays during check-in and to help keep the skating experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.
