A Very FoxDog Halloween Birthday Bash

FoxDog, your friendly neighborhood beer garden, is getting ready for some spooky fun this weekend. The local business is hosting A Very FoxDog Halloween Birthday Bash. The event will feature a live DJ, food truck, craft beers, wines and ciders, Halloween treats, photo ops, and more. Bring your lawn chairs for additional seating in case the venue fills up quickly and all outdoor seating is taken. You won't want to miss out on this special event. 

This Halloween party has one perfect, mandatory requirement; all who attend must dress in costume. Leave the people guessing what iconic character, superhero, or villain you will dress up as for the night. A Very FoxDog Halloween Birthday Bash takes place on Saturday, October 29th, from 7 PM to midnight. Grab your friends and enjoy an evening in downtown Temple at FoxDog.

Halloween at the Temple Public Library

Did someone say Trick Or Read? Temple Public Library is hosting a few fun and festive events to celebrate Halloween. Join your favorite librarians and library crew on Monday, October 31st, from 10 AM to 5 PM for crafts and activities perfect for all ages. Costumes are encouraged - after all, what's a Halloween celebration without the opportunity to dress up and have some fun? This fun event will take place on the first floor of the Temple Public Library in the Youth division. 

The Temple Public Library is also hosting a Halloween Escape Room on the third floor in the McLane Room. There's a mystery afoot in the Temple Public Library, and we need your help to solve it. Solve puzzles and complete tasks to solve the mystery before it's too late. Registration is required. Visit the library to register before you miss the puzzling event!

Dia De Los Muertos

Dia De Los Muertos is a significant day for Mexican heritage and culture. To honor this tradition and share the culture with the community of Temple, the Artist 2 Artist Showcase is hosting an event to celebrate life and the passing of loved ones with food, art, and music. This special event is free, open to the public, and family-friendly. Join the Artist 2 Artist Showcase in honoring Dia De Los Muertos at 4 PM in the parking lot of City Hall.

Saturday, October 29th, is a busy event-filled day in downtown Temple! Many events are happening throughout the day and another great event to add to the lineup for your day is trivia night at a local brewery. Fire Base Brewing Company is hosting a Halloween Trivia Night & Party. Things are starting to look spooky in this downtown taproom. Get your costumes ready -there may be a costume contest waiting for you- and gather your friends for a night of scary fun as you test your knowledge on all things Halloween and spooky season thrills. Trivia is free to play and family-friendly. Fire Base Brewing Company is hosting the event from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Join Corkys on Friday, October 28th, beginning at 8 PM for a fun-filled event of karaoke and costumes. Wear your best Halloween costume and get the confidence you need to hit the stage at Corkys to belt out your favorite tune. Get ready to play games, win prizes, and sing a few songs.

Music To Help Others Concert

Christ Episcopal Church is hosting a concert on Sunday, October 30th, to benefit Churches Touching Lives For Christ (CTLC). Beginning at 4 PM, this Music To Help Others concert will feature stunning arrangements of pieces written by famous instrumentalists such as Bach, Henry Mancini, Johannes Brahms, and more. This special edition of the concert series also features pumpkin carols for a night of spooktacular fun.

It can't be Halloween without a night of trick-or-treating. Grab the family and put on your best costumes for an evening of delicious treats and frightfully fun tricks. Join the City of Temple in celebrating Halloween at the Fright Fest "Creep Thru" on Monday, October 31st, from 6 PM to 8 PM. The event takes place at the Santa Fe Plaza, is free to attend, and is open to the public. Families can enjoy a safe night of trick-or-treating, a costume contest prize patrol, and an incredible fire-dancer show.
