Trackside Treats: A New Halloween Tradition in Downtown Temple!
Downtown Temple is brewing up something new this Halloween! While Fright Fest takes a break this year, a new tradition is taking the spotlight: Trackside Treats!
Join us Friday, October 31 for an evening of safe, family-friendly Halloween fun along the Santa Fe Trail and The Yard (212 S Main St). Whether you’re bringing little ghosts and goblins or just want to soak in the spooky spirit, this event has something for everyone.

The Schedule:
Trick-or-Treating along Santa Fe Trail: 6:00–8:00 PM
Grab your candy bags and head to the Santa Fe Trail for a sweet stroll! Downtown businesses and community partners will be handing out treats all along the trail, creating a safe and festive environment for kids (and kids at heart).
Sanderson Sister Meet & Greet at The Yard: 6:30–8:30 PM
The candle has been lit, and the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus are back for one night only! Don’t miss your chance to snap a photo with the trio.

Free Outdoor Movie – Hocus Pocus at The Yard (212 S Main St): 7:30–9:30 PM
End the night with a Halloween classic! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy Hocus Pocus next to the train tracks. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your spooky evening downtown.
