3 Texans is a family-owned winery and vineyard located in Temple. The vineyard was created in 2009 with the planting of 4,000 grapevines. An additional 1,000 grapevines have been planted since its opening, and a tasting room was added in 2019. With an outdoor patio and indoor space, guests can enjoy a relaxing afternoon of wine tasting overlooking the vineyards on the patio or in the air conditioning. 

The 3 Texans Winery has an exquisite selection of flavors boasting decadent aromas and berry tastes. Enjoy a wine flight that allows you to sample five different wines or pick your favorite. There is plenty to love about this gorgeous vineyard in Temple. This local vineyard is open from 12 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.

Moose & Goose Winery is another excellent winery found in Temple. This locally-owned winery is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM on dates specified on the Moose & Goose website. Be sure to review this local business's website calendar for open dates and events. Guests can stop by to try some wine and make friends with the property's goats and guineas. The Dancing Bee Winery is located at Walker Honey Farm. What makes this winery unique is its honey wine which uses honey locally harvested from the bee populations found on the farm. This winery is located a short drive away in Rogers, TX. This sweet honey wine is sure to leave your taste buds soaring. The Dancing Bee Winery offers a wine tasting of six samples. A charcuterie board is also available for purchase, with prices varying based on the servings needed and the size of the board guests desire. Dancing Bee Winery is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 6 PM. 

The Vineyard at Florence is as picturesque as they come. This gorgeous vineyard is located forty minutes away and is open Friday from 4 to 9 PM, Saturday from 12 to 9 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 6 PM. Take time to sip a delicious wine on the patio or take it to go in a classy bottle for an on-site picnic. The Vineyard at Florence is nestled on a scenic landscape that sparks true romance and happiness. This spot is an ideal place to celebrate a special moment with a significant other or family or simply enjoy a weekend getaway.

BeeMaRosa Vineyard & Winery is located in Belton. This local winery has four varieties of grapes on their vineyard, including Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, Petite Sirah and Tannat. BeeMaRosa is family-friendly and offers wine tastings, indoor seating, and limited food items such as cheese platters and charcuterie boards. This local winery is open Monday through Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Sundays from 12 PM to 7 PM.

The Salado Winery, Salado Lone Star Winery, and Axis Winery are all located in the nearby city of Salado. Located twenty-two minutes away in Lorena is the Country Spring Vineyard. Take a half-hour trip outside of Temple to visit these wineries and try something new.
