Downtown Temple is focused on improving all aspects of downtown by furthering developing downtown, strengthening public participation, and marketing downtown as a vibrant place to visit.

Temple aims to have a prosperous downtown district that is attractive to locals and visitors alike. The goal of the Communications & Marketing Department is to provide professional services to the Downtown Temple initiative to bolster the impact of visitor and local spending. We will utilize key marketing trends and opportunities better to position Downtown Temple as a unique experience destination.

Join us for our Downtown Committee Meetings. 

Downtown committee meetings are geared toward receiving input on activity related to four goals (pillars) identified in the strategic plan, receiving updates, and discussing current/future initiatives. The Committee meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month. The next downtown Committee Meeting is November 19 at 9:00 AM | The HUB Executive Offices | 11 S 2nd St.

There’s a simple (and quick!) way to share your social content with us. Simply connect your Instagram Business Account via CrowdRiff, the visual marketing platform we use to manage our photo library, through this link: https://auth.crowdriff.com/app/discover-temple/auth.

Once you click, just follow the steps to authorize your Facebook account.

After you link your account, we’ll be able to view your posts, stories, @mentioned and tagged content. If we plan to share your content or use it in our promotional materials, we’ll always request permission first and credit the creator when we share it.
