Father-Daughter Dance

February 4th and 5th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic and Convention Center.

Young ladies, 10 and under, and their fathers will share a night full of fun, dancing, and laughter while creating a lifetime of memories! Light refreshments will be served and daughters will also receive a special gift.

Halloween Splash Bash

Join Temple Parks and Recreation for a family-friendly Halloween swim night at Sammons Indoor Pool! Put on your best costume and bring your swimsuit for a fun night out at the pool. You won’t want to miss this Spook-tacular pool party!

Haunted Hayride

Get your tickets now for the Haunted Hayride spook-tacular event at Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River!

Celebrate spooky season at the 8th Annual Haunted Hayride on Saturday, October 23 presented by Temple Parks & Recreation.  Climb aboard the hayride as you are taken on a spooky, narrated tour with scary scenes and creepy characters at Rueben D. Talasek Bend of the River.  Hayrides take place between 6:00 pm – 9:45 pm.

Hayrides are $7.00  per person (tickets subject to applicable service charge).  Must be purchased in advance online at templeparks.com where guests may select a ride time of their choice. Children under two can ride for free.  Tickets will not be offered at the gate.

Capacity will be limited so get your tickets as soon as possible! There will be no refunds. Concessions are purchased on your own. Holiday Craft Bazaar

Get a head start on your holiday shopping at the City of Temple’s Holiday Craft Bazaar. All items are handmade and original. This event is free for all shoppers. There is a $25 vendor booth fee and all booths are first come, first serve with approved application.

Polar Bear Plunge

Grab a friend, put on a costume, and dive in to take the Polar Bear Plunge! Hot chocolate and doughnuts will be provided for those who can brave the frosty water.  The day will begin with the costume contest and belly flop splash off, followed by the plunge.

Saturday, January 15, 10:30 am- 11:30 am. The event will be held at Lions Junction Family Water Park.  $20 per person.
